Oktoberfest Menu for Oct. 2 - Oct. 8

We will begin to serve our Oktoberfest menu with a new menu on a weekly basis for the entire month of October. The first menu that will run nightly from Friday, October 2 – Thursday, October 8. Please see below.

Oktoberfest Menu – Week 1


House Cured Salmon

 Served with boiled egg, capers and sour cream


Veal Schnitzel

 Breaded and fried veal, French fries, asparagus and lemon


Recommended beer: Pilsner

Slow Roasted Duck

 Slow cooked duck quarter with bacon and beer braised red cabbage, warm German potato salad with Red Stallion vinegar pickled onions


Recommended beer: Oktoberfest

Baked Fisch

 Louisiana Drum topped with a lemon caper butter sauce, green beans and roasted potatoes


Recommended beer: Red Stallion or Weiss


Warm Apple Strudel
